Michelle Griffith, MBA has extensive sales experience, starting as a Sales Professional at Sanofi in 2006 and later advancing to Regional Sales Director at Minerva Surgical, Inc. in 2022. Michelle also held the role of Territory Manager at Minerva Surgical, Inc. prior to their promotion.

Michelle Griffith holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from Purdue University. Michelle further pursued a Masters in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
