Wael Gabriel Bahnan

Wael Gabriel Bahnan is an accomplished researcher and manager in the field of microbiology and immunology, currently serving as Manager of Research and Development at Minervax ApS, where strategic formulations and therapeutic antibody development against Group B Streptococcus are key responsibilities. Prior experience includes significant roles at the World Health Organization focused on COVID-19 assays, and at Lund University as a Senior Scientist and Project Manager specializing in human monoclonal antibody discovery against the Sars-Cov-2 spike protein. Throughout various academic and research institutions, Wael has demonstrated expertise in antibody engineering, preclinical drug development, and molecular analysis, as well as successful grant acquisition and publication efforts. Wael holds a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Miami, a Master's in Molecular Microbiology from Lebanese American University, and a Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Science from Haigazian University.
