Maria Anna Torres-Kolthoff

Maria Ana Torres Kolthoff has over 18 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Mineski Global since June 2015. In this role, Maria Ana is responsible for various functions including organizational development, staffing, talent development, employee and labor relations, HR administration, compensation and benefits, training, and strategic planning. Prior to this position, Maria Ana worked as a Personnel Supervisor at Mercury Group of Companies from January 2005 to June 2015, where responsibilities included managing the Wage and Benefits Department and overseeing payroll processing and government-related matters. Maria Ana holds a Bachelor of Science in Bachelor of Elementary Education with a Mathematics Major from Central Philippine University, which was completed from 2000 to 2004.
