Matthew Whittaker

Matthew Whittaker is an experienced Mechanical Design Team Leader at Minetek since February 2016, specializing in senior mechanical design, site inspections, and drawing signoff, while managing drafting resources and subcontractors. Previously, Matthew worked as a Design Draftsman at Redispan Conveyors Pty Ltd from October 2005 to November 2015, where responsibilities included designing and documenting conveyor systems and structural components, alongside significant project involvement at locations such as Port Kembla Steelworks and the EMAL Alumina Smelter in Abu Dhabi. Matthew holds a Diploma of Education in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate III in Detail Drafting from TAFE NSW, as well as a Certificate IV in Frontline Management from Pegasus Training.
