Kavya Roy

Kavya Roy, P.Eng. is an experienced mechanical design engineer and team leader with a strong background in the nuclear and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as the Mechanical Design Team Leader at Tetra Tech since March 2020, Kavya has significantly contributed to projects aimed at enhancing safety and reliability at Darlington Nuclear. Previous roles include Outage Engineering Lead at Ontario Power Generation, where management of deliverables during critical outages was a key responsibility, and various engineering and project management positions at organizations such as the Canadian Armed Forces, Synopsys, Bombardier, and Pratt & Whitney. Kavya holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Applied Science in Aerospace Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution.
