Shshank Mattoo

Shshank Mattoo has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Shshank began their career as a Planning Engineer at CCCL India Ltd in 2011 and later moved on to work as a Senior Planning Engineer at Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Larsen & Toubro as an Assistant Manager in Strategy & Business Development and also served as an EA to the Group Executive Chairman. In 2019, they joined Honeywell as a Strategy Manager and later became a Strategy Leader. Shshank then worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Strategy & Operations Manager. In 2023, Shshank worked at Amazon as part of the Global Sales team for a short period. Currently, they are working at Minfy as the Strategy & Operations Lead.

Shshank Mattoo obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore from 2015 to 2017. Shshank also participated in a Student Exchange Program at EM Normandie Business School in 2016, studying International Business. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they have achieved certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from KPMG in 2016 and as an Auditor for Integrated Management Systems from Bureau Veritas in 2014.
