Sue Preis

Susan Preis is an experienced event specialist currently working at Mingei International Museum since March 2023. Previously, Susan served as the Development and Events Coordinator at San Diego History Center from June 2019 to March 2023, managing various event components and logistics for the Development Department. Prior roles include Outside Corporate Event Coordinator at Health Dimensions Health Lifestyle Expos and Events, where Susan coordinated health fairs and wellness programs, and Auction and Donation Development Coordinator at Doors of Change, overseeing silent auction efforts for gala fundraisers. Additionally, Susan operated a fitness studio as Owner of The Inspired Body and worked as Fitness Manager at The Gym at Newtown. Early career experience includes sales and marketing for The Taunton Press. Susan holds a BA in Communications/Marketing from Central Connecticut State University.
