Karen Whalen

Karen Whalen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karen started their career in 1995 at Central Maine Medical Center, where they served as a Document Imaging Manager, Process Improvement Coach, and Project Manager for an EHR Upgrade. In 2013, they joined Maine Medical Center PHO as a Practice Improvement Advisor. Karen'smost recent role was at Mingle Health, where they worked as the Head of Client Services and a Quality Program Consultant Team Lead from November 2015 to present.

Karen Whalen has studied Business Administration and Management, General at Central Maine Community College. Karen also holds an Associate's degree in Medical Assistant from Mid State College. Additionally, they have obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from the University of Southern Maine.
