Rob Willis

Rob Willis is the current Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Mingledorff's. Prior to their current position, Rob served as the Director of Finance at Innoware Plastic Inc from December 2007 to August 2010. In this role, Rob was responsible for developing the finance team, creating financial reporting packages, and leading internal and external audits. Rob also managed customer finance teams including credit, pricing, and trade management. Additionally, Rob served as the Innoware lead for the merger of the Innoware and Solo Cup customer finance departments.

Before their role at Innoware, Rob was the Regional Accounting Manager at Univar from April 1996 to December 2007. In this role, they prepared monthly and annual financial statements for 8 locations in accordance with US GAAP. Rob also managed the accounting department which included AP, AR, GL, and Inventory Control. Furthermore, Rob assisted with the development of the five year business plan and led the financial operations accounting team to merge and centralize Univar and Chemcentral accounting departments.

Rob Willis is a highly experienced financial professional with over 20 years of experience in various finance roles. Rob has a proven track record of success in leading finance teams, developing financial reporting packages, and managing customer finance operations. Rob's experience in mergers and acquisitions will be invaluable as Mingledorff's continues to grow its business.

Rob Willis has an MBA in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Rob also has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Campbellsville University. Rob is certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a Chartered Global Management Accountant and by the State of Georgia as a Certified Public Accountant.

They are on a team with Gary Turner - Territory Manager, Mike Nelson - Director, Commercial Sales, and Bill Hallenberg - VP & North Alabama District General Manager. Rob Willis reports to David Kesterton, President & CEO.
