Caitlin Jennings

Caitlin Jennings has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Caitlin began their career as an Event Coordinator and Banquet Leader at Delicious Decisions, where they managed a range of events and led teams. Caitlin then worked as a Catering Sales Coordinator at Hotels Unlimited, coordinating events and providing excellent customer service. Caitlin later joined Sam's Club as a Hardlines Assistant Manager, overseeing multiple departments and managing inventory. Caitlin also held various positions at C&C Lift Truck Inc, including Assistant Sales Manager and Human Resources Officer, where they handled sales operations and HR initiatives. Caitlin further expanded their HR expertise as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Elementis Global, supporting the US Manufacturing & Supply Chain division. Caitlin then served as a Human Resources Manager at Mini-Circuits before transitioning to their current role as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Mini-Circuits. Throughout their career, Caitlin has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Caitlin Jennings obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on HR Performance from Colorado State University Global. This education took place from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Labor Studies & Employment Relations from Rutgers University, attending from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their degrees, Caitlin also obtained the Caliper Certification from Talogy (previously PSI Caliper) in June 2022 and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in July 2019.
