In 2002, they joined Motorola Solutions as a Software Engineer, contributing to software development projects. In 2003, Elkhan joined Mini-Circuits and held various roles over the years. Elkhan initially served as a Production Control Manager, overseeing production processes. Later, they were promoted to Director of Production Control, responsible for managing production control operations. Currently, Elkhan holds the position of Vice President of Operations - North America at Mini-Circuits, a role they assumed in December 2022.
