Doug Atkinson

Doug Atkinson started their career in 1971 at A. O. Smith as a Marketing Manager in the Data Systems Division. Doug held this position from February 1971 to January 1982. In May 1983, they joined mini-Max Information Systems, Inc. as a VP, and they have remained in this role since then.

Doug Atkinson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Louisville, completing the program from 1960 to 1969. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in the field of IBM Power Systems and infrastructure sales. In 2018, Doug became an IBM Certified Specialist in Traditional Workloads Sales V1. In 2023, they obtained two more certifications: IBM Power Systems Power10 Foundational from IBM and IBM Power Infrastructure as a Service Solutions Sales Foundation from IBM.
