The leadership team at Ed Miniat has a long history of experience in the food industry, with many of them coming from Cargill, ConAgra, and Kraft Foods. They have also held positions at other companies such as Starbucks, Popchips, and Dymatize. Many of them have also received education from prestigious universities such as Colorado State University, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Purdue University.
