Jeff Goff

Jeff Goff has extensive experience in engineering and product development, currently serving as a New Product Launch Engineer at Miniature Precision Components since January 2011. Responsibilities include managing cost, quality, and throughput for new product launches from concept through PPAP, alongside overseeing multiple assembly and robotic cells. Previously, Goff worked at Master Lock from 2002 to 2010 in various roles, including Engineering Site Coordinator and Project Engineer, where efforts included overseeing project management, quoting, and liaising between engineering departments. Earlier experience includes positions such as Tool and Die Superintendent at Alcoa Wheel Products and Tool Room Manager at Acme Die Casting, contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency. Goff's technical background is complemented by an Associate degree in Project Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering, alongside various educational pursuits related to die casting and engineering.
