Mariana Santos

Mariana Santos has work experience in talent acquisition and business development. Mariana started working at Miniclip in 2022, where they held the roles of Talent Acquisition Partner and Junior Talent Acquisition Partner. In these roles, they were responsible for recruitment, clear communication and information flow within the P&O team, and improving communication through job specs and requisitions aligned with the company culture and values. Prior to joining Miniclip, Mariana worked at Multivision - Consulting from March 2021 to December 2021 as a Talent Attraction & Business Development professional.

Mariana Santos has a Mestrado degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos e Consultadoria Organizacional from ISCTE Business School, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Ciência Política Y Administración Pública from Universidad de Salamanca in 2019. Their education journey started in 2016 at Universidade da Beira Interior, where they earned a Licentiate degree in Ciencia política e relações internacionais, which they completed in 2019.
