Michael Clayton possesses over 13 years of customer service experience, primarily in the health insurance sector. Currently serving as Customer Service Lead at Minimizer since September 2012, Michael has effectively managed warranty claims, product returns, technical support, and order processing for the Upper Midwest and Mid West regions. Previously, Michael worked as a Customer Service Representative at Federated Insurance Company from June 2005 to September 2012.
