Ben Lewis GAICD has extensive experience in workforce development and management across various sectors, including mining, automotive, and government. Currently, Ben serves on the Mining Strategic Workforce Advisory Panel with the Mining and Automotive Skills Alliance and as a Non-Executive Director for the Veteran Support Force. As Managing Director, Regional Director, and General Manager at One Key Resources since 2015, Ben has led initiatives in labour hire and recruitment for the resources sector. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Chandler Macleod Group, Operations Manager at IS Australia, and significant positions at SKILLED Group, Kelly Services, and Manpower Inc. Ben's early career included military service as a Platoon Commander in the Australian Army.
