Nicky Firth

Nicky Firth is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Founder and Director of Human Aspect since March 2019, focusing on aligning organizations with the needs of people. In addition, Nicky occupies the position of Chairperson at the Mining and Automotive Skills Alliance since September 2021, contributing to the establishment of this Jobs and Skills Council under the Australian Government aimed at improving training outcomes and workforce efficacy.
