Rachel Maxwell

Rachel Maxwell has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Lifeguard at the Downtown Minneapolis YMCA in 2014. Rachel then worked as a Salesperson for Deena's Gourmet Hummus and as an Intern for Lou Reid and Associates in the same year. In 2015, Rachel worked as a Front Desk Assistant at the University of St. Thomas. In 2016, they were a Marketing Intern at Hollander, where they coordinated marketing promotions, conferences, and trade shows with other departments. From 2017 to 2022, Rachel worked at Perforce Software as an Internal Communications and Event Specialist and a Marketing Events and Program Planner. In this role, they were responsible for researching and selecting venues, negotiating contracts, event communication, budget management, and executing events with over 250 employees. In 2022, Rachel began their current role as a Field Marketing Specialist at MinIO.

Rachel Maxwell attended the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business from 2013 to 2017, studying Leadership and Management. In April 2015, Rachel obtained a Lifeguard/CPR certification from the American Red Cross.
