Currently, Maxime serves as a Global Health and Well-Being Integrator Advisor at the Ministère de l'Éducation du Québec since March 2019, after holding roles such as Human Resources Consultant at the Société des traversiers du Québec and Human Resources Director at The Home Depot Canada. Concurrently, Maxime has been an Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces since November 2011, focusing on training, well-being, and safety of cadets.
