M. Alejandra Lopez Verrilli

M. Alejandra Lopez Verrilli, PhD, is an accomplished scientist and educator currently serving as a Mentor for the "Investigación, Innovación y Emprendimiento" course at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since May 2015, and as Technology Transfer Coordinator at PAR Explora RM Norte since March 2019. With extensive experience in technology transfer and scientific mentoring, M. Alejandra has contributed to fostering a scientific culture in education through various initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Scientist at Cells for Cells S.A., Research Associate at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and University Instructor at Universidad de Buenos Aires. M. Alejandra holds a PhD from the University of Buenos Aires and completed the Research Commercialisation Open Programme at the University of Cambridge in 2019. A notable publication includes collaboration on the study of the p75 neurotrophin receptor and its role in exosomal release.
