Luis Aribayos Mínguez

Luis Aribayos Mínguez is an experienced professional specialized in economic and digital transformation, currently serving as Secretario General and Director de Economia y Transformación Digital at CEPYME since 2012. Additionally, Luis holds advisory roles in various governmental entities, including the Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación and the Ministerio de Economía, Comercio y Empresa.
