Mónica Rodríguez Recarte

Mónica Rodríguez Recarte currently serves as Técnico de Organización y Comunicación at the Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital, where responsibilities include supporting the Cabinet of the First Vice President of the Government in the monitoring of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan since December 2021. Mónica has a robust background in media planning and account management, having worked as a Senior Media Planner at Irismedia Agencia de Medios and held various roles at Carat, including Account Manager and Account Executive. Previous experience includes a position as Técnico de Marketing at GDM. Mónica holds a Licenciatura in A.D.E. from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Master Executive in Publicidad from Universidad Nebrija, and has completed a specialized course in Digital Marketing at ICEMD.
