Tatiana Aleman Kierszenblat has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tatiana has held various roles in different organizations.

Starting in 2004, they worked as a Production Assistant at TVN Channel 2 for a brief period. In 2006, they joined Cygnal Group Panama as a Production Assistant as well.

In 2007, they began working at Florida Blue as a Medical Underwriting Examiner, responsible for analyzing medical histories, processing reimbursements, and issuing temporary insurance policies. Tatiana stayed in this role until 2009.

In the same year, Tatiana joined the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Panama. Tatiana had several roles within the ministry, including Analyst in the Investments, Concessions and Risks Management Directorate, and Analyst in the Office of the Viceminister of Finance.

From 2012 to 2016, Tatiana worked in the Ministry of Economy and Finance, taking on responsibilities such as media monitoring, analysis of internal audits, and preparation of the annual budget.

In 2016, they moved on to the General Revenue Directorate as a BEPS Officer, representing Panama in peer reviews of the OECD's BEPS Inclusive Framework and coordinating inter-institutional meetings on international taxation issues. Tatiana held this role until 2017.

From 2017 to 2019, Tatiana continued their work in international taxation as a BEPS Officer in the Tax Analysis Office. Their responsibilities included representing Panama in peer reviews and developing tools for the implementation of anti-BEPS measures.

In 2019, Tatiana transitioned to the Office of the Minister as an Officer, supporting the minister in various tasks.

Finally, in 2020, they took on the role of Deputy Director of International Financial and Fiscal Strategy, where they are responsible for coordinating Panama's participation in fiscal and financial transparency evaluations, representing the Panamanian Government in international forums, and working towards the removal of Panama from the list of non-cooperative countries in fiscal and financial matters.

Tatiana Aleman Kierszenblat has a diverse education history. From 2014 to 2016, they obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public and Nonprofit Management from Cornell University. Tatiana is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Laws and Political Science at Universidad del Istmo, Panama, with an expected completion in 2024. In 2002, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Social Communication, majoring in Public Relations and TV Production, at Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua. Additionally, Tatiana has acquired various certifications in areas such as compliance, tax, information security, and ethics, building their expertise and knowledge in those fields.
