Julio César Noriega Herrera

Julio C. is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with experience in developing cloud-based solutions, particularly utilizing Microsoft Azure at Data#3. Previously, Julio held roles at Circular Economy Systems as a Technical Lead, delivering full-stack applications with AWS PostgreSQL and Java Spring Boot. At Karat, Julio hosted technical interviews for major companies and assessed interview performance, while at Chegg Inc., Julio mentored over 100 full-stack development students. Julio's background includes a significant tenure at IBM, where contributions included creating extensive documentation to facilitate cloud adoption for Bank of America and managing large-scale data projects. As a co-founder and CTO of PYC, Inc., Julio launched a bitcoin ATM startup. Julio’s foundational experiences include security analysis and networking roles, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Marist College.
