Paola Molina

Paola Molina serves as the Deputy Director of External Financing & Investors Relations at Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público since September 2014, where responsibilities include leading the review and approval of financial conditions and risk management in public-private partnership (PPP) projects, as well as updating the valuation of contingent liabilities in infrastructure. Prior to this role, Paola held positions as an Advisor of Public Private Partnerships and an Advisor of Risk in PPP projects, along with internships focused on risk and internal capital markets. Academic credentials include a Master of International Development Policy from Duke University, as well as various qualifications in finance, accounting, and economics from institutions such as Universidad EAFIT and Universidad del Rosario.
