Sebastián Ibáñez Moleri

Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an accomplished software development lead with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently employed at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously served as the Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, overseeing various BPM-Pega practice solutions and customer engagements. Prior roles include senior architect positions at Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, along with BPM architect and program manager roles at MasterCard and Level 3 Communications, where responsibilities encompassed team management, process optimization, and product development. Sebastiraj began a career in software engineering at Nucleus Software and Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd, earning a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
