Sade Fritschi currently serves as the Ministra del Ambiente, Agua y Transición Ecológica for the Ministerio del Ambiente, Agua y Transición Ecológica since November 2023. Sade holds professional membership in the Asociación Británica para la Gestión de Proyectos and is an active member of the Programa de Mentores del Departamento de Negocios at Universidad de Oxford Brookes. Previous roles include active membership in Asociación "APEPCI" focused on environmental awareness, and participation in humanitarian efforts with Fundación Humanitaria Las Flores de Galápagos. Sade has also held leadership positions, such as Directora de Campaña for Daniel Noboa in Galápagos and Directora de Proyectos at Comisersa, where project terms were developed for the Municipality of Samborondón. Sade's consulting experience includes creating a strategic tourism promotion plan for Isabela Island and co-exhibiting at the ITB Tourism Fair in Berlin. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Southampton and a BSc in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University.
