Romeu Fonseca

Romeu Fonseca is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Exchange Online Support Escalation Engineer at Microsoft since March 2024, and has been an IT Infrastructure and Support Engineer at the Ministério Público do Trabalho since March 2011. In this role, Romeu acts as the global administrator for the company's Active Directory and advises the Executive IT Secretary on Microsoft's corporate systems. Previously, Romeu held positions at TAM from February 2005 to March 2010, including Senior Project Engineer, where significant improvements to IT infrastructure were made, and Project Engineer, where the application of Six Sigma methodologies resulted in substantial operational savings.
