Margherita Beatrice is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as Cancelliere tribunale at Ministero della Giustizia since November 2021, Margherita has also been an active member of the Civil and Civil Procedure Commission at the Consiglio Nazionale Forense and a director member at AIGA since 2016 and 2011, respectively. As a founding attorney at Studio Legale Beatrice, established in 2004, Margherita specializes in civil law, family law, labor law, and expropriation matters, while also working to safeguard individual rights and streamline procedural delays.
