Massimo Antonini

Massimo Antonini currently serves as a member of the Commission jointly established by the Ministries of Justice and Finance, focusing on the reform of the tax litigation procedure since April 2021. Additionally, Massimo has been a Partner and Head of the Tax Department at Chiomenti since April 2004. In the realm of academic and professional associations, Massimo holds positions as a member of both the Scientific Committee and Management Committee of STEP Italy, and has been a member of the Executive Committee of the International Fiscal Association since September 2018, also participating in the Italian branch's Executive Committee since 2014. Previously, Massimo contributed as a consultant to the Finance Standing Committee of the Italian Chamber of Deputies from 2015 to 2020. Massimo's educational background includes an Executive Education program at Harvard Law School in 2018, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Taxation from Leiden University (1999-2000), and a degree from Università degli Studi di Milano (1988-1992).
