Tomas Oparty

Tomas Oparty currently serves as State Secretary and General Director of the Economic Section at Ministerstvo vnútra Slovenskej republiky since June 2020. Prior to this role, Tomas held various positions at Noali, CALCO, and BT Group from August 2008 to June 2020, including Project Manager, CEO, and Founder, focusing on restructuring and crisis management in the banking sector and leading IT projects for e-Gov systems integration. Previous experience includes work as a Senior Metrics Analyst at Dell from August 2005 to August 2008, an Actuary - Junior at Generali from January 2003 to January 2005, and programming related to inflation predictions at the National Bank of Slovakia in 2005. Tomas holds a Master's degree in Probability and Statistics from Charles University, completed in 2005, and attended Gymnazium sv. Andreja from 1994 to 1999.
