Daniel Palmer

Daniel Palmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in export regulatory advice and support. Since August 2006, Daniel has served as a Senior Adviser at the Ministry for Primary Industries, specializing in providing guidance to exporters on compliance with international regulations and developing tools to facilitate understanding of the legal framework for New Zealand businesses. Prior roles within the Ministry include advising on export requirements for various sectors, such as animal products and wine, as well as supporting technical aspects of e-certification systems. Daniel's earlier career includes roles in administration and broker support at organizations like the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, T.H.P O'Leary and Associates, and Aon New Zealand. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Otago, Daniel combines regulatory expertise with a strong foundation in commerce and customer service.
