Rochelle Gilmoni

Rochelle Gilmoni is an experienced leadership development professional currently serving as Principal Advisor Leadership at the Ministry for Primary Industries since February 2023. Previously, Rochelle held multiple roles at ACC New Zealand, including Senior Leadership Development Consultant from March 2015 to February 2023 and Senior Learning & Development Consultant from 2015 to July 2017. A notable secondment occurred at the Leadership Development Centre in 2020, where Rochelle acted as Senior Advisor, focusing on public service leadership development. Rochelle also worked as a Senior Academic Staff Member at WelTec from 2002 to 2015. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Management Studies from Victoria University of Wellington and studies at WelTec.
