Russell Ocampo

Russell Ocampo is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in IT service delivery and vendor management. Currently serving as the Manager of Infrastructure (IT) at the Ministry for Primary Industries since April 2022, Russell focuses on lifecycle management for IaaS services, vendor relations, budget preparation, and alignment with organizational IT strategies. Previously, Russell held managerial roles at OSPRI, overseeing IT services and maintaining performance standards through vendor collaboration. Additional experience includes coordination of ICT services at Mitre 10, IT management at CablePrice, and a role as an IT Engineer at Kurihara Kogyo, where Russell managed comprehensive IT operations. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Holy Angel University.
