Valentyn Litvinov is a skilled consultant and researcher with extensive experience in the agricultural sector, currently serving at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine and KSE Agrocenter since July 2021 and April 2020, respectively. Valentyn's work focuses on facilitating the World Bank program for land governance in Ukraine and involved analytical roles at NIRAS International Consulting and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. Educationally, Valentyn is pursuing a PhD at Wageningen University & Research, specializing in the resilience of agri-food producers amid war-induced shocks, and holds a Master's degree in Economic Analysis from the Kyiv School of Economics, along with a Bachelor's in Economic Theory from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics. Previous experience includes a position as a junior economist at the Centre for Economic Strategy and a store assistant at 7-Eleven.
