Deborah Brooker

Deborah Brooker is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in provincial, state, and federal government roles, focusing on agri-environmental and water management issues. Currently serving as Principal at Headwinds Environmental since January 2019, Deborah has established a consulting venture built upon extensive expertise. Additionally, Deborah holds the position of Senior Program Analyst at the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Affairs since October 2007 and previously worked as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks from December 1998 to October 2007, specializing in land use and water policy. Deborah earned a Master of Science degree in Oceanography and Coastal Resources Management from Oregon State University between 1979 and 1982.
