Martin Havlicek

Martin Havlicek has a wealth of experience in ICT development, project management, GIS analysis, and process optimization in various roles at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic, National Registers Authority, and as an independent consultant. With a background in airplanes construction and operation, Martin has successfully led and managed IT operations, service desks, and critical IT services for the Czech government. Additionally, Martin has extensive experience in sales management of IT and telecom software solutions.
