Michala Hynková is a professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and student support. Currently serving as a Ministerial Counsellor at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic since June 2022, Michala Hynková focuses on the development and regulation of Czech legislation in viticulture and winemaking, including the implementation of EU legislation. Prior roles include Student Advisor at LIGS University, providing global student assistance from August 2021 to March 2023, and consulting on visas and work permits at Channel Crossings from May 2011 to June 2013. Additional experience includes positions in legal and human resources capacities at companies such as České dráhy, a.s. and Vigour. Michala Hynková holds a Master's degree in European Studies and European Law from Palacký University and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial and Business Law from Masaryk University Brno.
