Victoria Ball

Victoria Ball has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Victoria began their career in 2012 as a Hostess at Rocco Forte Hotels, where they provided exceptional customer service. Victoria then worked as a Client Services Team Member at ISS Facility Services UK, managing reception desks and meeting rooms. In 2015, Victoria joined The Carlyle Group as a Corporate Receptionist and Administrator, responsible for managing a reception area and providing administrative support. Victoria later worked at Taconic Capital Advisors as an Executive Assistant and Office Assistant, handling diary management and travel arrangements. In 2018, Victoria took on the role of Office and Logistics Manager at Brixton Brewery, where they coordinated logistics, scheduled deliveries, and managed accounts. Victoria also worked part-time as Taproom Staff, overseeing operations at the brewery's taproom. In 2020, they joined Tuatara Brewery as a Duty Manager, focusing on staff training, brewery tours, and managing inventory. Victoria also worked at Morrison Kent Lawyers as a Lead Legal Concierge, implementing systems and managing a team. In 2021, they joined HireKING Ltd as an Operations Coordinator before transitioning to Cassels Brewing Co as a Logistics Administrator, where they supervised the logistics team, managed inventory, and processed orders. Currently, Victoria is the Operations Lead at the Ministry of Awesome.

Victoria Ball completed their Bachelor's Degree in Theatre at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama from 2004 to 2007. Victoria then pursued a Musical Theatre Diploma at City lit, London from 2008 to 2009. Prior to these qualifications, they obtained their A level in Art, Theatre Studies, and Music from Sedbergh School between 2001 and 2003. In addition to their formal education, Victoria also holds various certifications including Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ), Fundamentals Brewing Packaging Beer, ABCQ Cellar Management, and several LinkedIn courses on professional networking, business foundations, hiring, management, and onboarding. Victoria is also a Certified Beer Server through the Cicerone® Certification Program.
