Natalija Andrejic

Natalija Andrejic is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in HR and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at the Department of Internal Affairs in New Zealand since February 2023, Natalija has previously held roles such as Organisational Development Advisor and People and Culture Advisor at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment since June 2018. With earlier experience as a Recruitment Coordinator at Consultus Recruitment and Research NZ, and various administrative and research positions at organizations including IHC New Zealand, Australian National University, and Victoria University of Wellington, Natalija has developed a robust skill set in HR functions, recruitment processes, and academic support. Natalija holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from prestigious New Zealand universities.
