Nicola Millard

Nicola Millard is an experienced manager currently serving as the Manager of Group Planning & Performance at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment since April 2022, where notable achievements include the development of an automated metric-based dashboard for leadership. From August 2013 to April 2022, Nicola served in various roles at the Ministry for Primary Industries, including Co-Chair of Ngā Wāhine Toa, significantly increasing network membership, and Manager Offshore Posts, where a capability development program was designed.
