Paul Thomson

Paul Thomson currently holds the position of Principal Advisor (Business and Operations Support) at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment since April 2018. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Analyst in Service Performance at Wellington Water Ltd and Senior Data Analyst at Vector Limited. Paul has also served in various capacities at the Earthquake Commission, Contact Energy Ltd, The National Library of New Zealand, Meridian Energy, Inland Revenue, and British Gas, accumulating a wealth of experience in business analysis, service delivery, and operational support. Recently, Paul completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Management at Victoria University of Wellington in November 2023.
