Raymond Suen

Raymond Suen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Strategy & Engagement at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment since March 2020, with prior roles including Manager and Principal Advisor in the Information & Education section. Prior to this, Raymond held positions at the New Zealand Film Commission as an International Relations Executive and Asia Outreach Executive, and at Auckland Tourism, Events & Economic Development as an Assistant Producer for Major Events. Raymond's extensive background also includes programming and management roles at EVENT Cinemas Ltd from 2006 to 2016 and serving as Executive Director of the Hong Kong New Zealand Business Association from 2013 to 2014. Raymond Suen is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Planning at Massey University and holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Business in International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Massey University and the University of Auckland, respectively, along with various diplomas from the International Career Institute.
