Ayla Steinmetz

Ayla Steinmetz has extensive experience in strategic engagement and digital workplace adoption at Swiss Re, holding various roles since December 2015, including Strategy Engagement Manager and Senior Digital Workplace Adoption Consultant. Prior to this, Ayla worked at Level Consulting AG as a General Assistant from March 2014 to November 2015, and at SVA Zürich as a Human Resources Assistant from September 2013 to February 2014. Earlier experience includes positions at Swiss Re as an HR Recruiting Support Associate and Trainee from August 2009 to August 2013. Ayla holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Strategic Management from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich and a Bachelor of Business Law from ZHAW School of Management and Law.
