Baher Elgendy

Baher ElGendy is an experienced professional in the field of Information Technology with a strong focus on applications and development. Currently serving as Applications & Development Lead at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry since March 2016, Baher previously held the position of CRM Package Solution Consultant and CRM Solution Leader at IBM from December 2011 to March 2016. Prior to that, Baher worked as a CRM Consultant at Vodafone Egypt and as a Software Engineer at Wipro Infotech Ltd, specializing in business intelligence and data warehousing using SAS. Baher's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Computers and Informatics and a Diploma in Computer Science and Information Systems from the Information Technology Institute.
