Abdulaziz Alduhaim

Abdulaziz Alduhaim is an experienced legal and regulatory professional currently serving as the Assistant Minister of Commerce in the Ministry of Commerce - Saudi Arabia since 2013. In addition to this role, Abdulaziz Alduhaim holds several notable positions, including Deputy Minister for Policies & Regulations, Member of the E-Commerce Law Violations Committee, and Head of the Companies Law Violations Committee. As a Board Member for the Saudi Bar Association and the Bankruptcy Commission, Abdulaziz Alduhaim also contributes to the National Center for Non-Profit Sector and the Council of Health Insurance, where responsibilities include leading the Audit and Risk Committee. Previously, Abdulaziz Alduhaim practiced as an Associate at Abdulaziz AlGasim Law Firm and Hadef & Partners. Abdulaziz Alduhaim obtained an LL.M in International Business Law from the University of Hull and a Bachelor's degree in Shari'a from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
