Saad A Alshathri

Saad A Alshathri, EMBA, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Startup Growth at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia since February 2023. Previously, Saad held the position of Program Manager at MonshaatSA from October 2021 to February 2023, where the focus was on the Unicorn program, aimed at aiding startups in achieving Unicorn status. Prior to that role, Saad was a Project Manager at the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP) from May 2020 to October 2021, engaged in monitoring strategic initiatives within the logistics committee. Saad's earlier experience includes Project Manager for the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs overseeing the Taysser committee and roles at Elite for Construction and Development as Senior Business Developer, Business Analyst, and Intern. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from Alfaisal University and an ongoing Executive MBA from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship, complemented by participation in the Oxford Entrepreneurial Leadership Program.
