Bandar Alzahrani

Bandar Alzahrani, PhD, PMP, PMI-RMP®, and FHEA, currently serves as a Research Project Expert at the Ministry of Culture, overseeing significant research projects and managing the Research Grant Program. As a co-founder of the Association for Scientific Research and a former researcher at the Scottish Qualifications Authority, Bandar has demonstrated expertise in conducting labor market research and building partnerships to address skill gaps. Notable previous roles include Associate Researcher at the King Faisal Centre for Research and Islamic Studies, where contributions were made towards Saudi Vision 2030, and Senior Digital Training Manager, providing training solutions for the Scottish Government. With a PhD in Digital Skills from the University of Plymouth, Bandar possesses a strong academic foundation complemented by extensive leadership and project management experience across various sectors.
