Hanouf Houthan

Hanouf Houthan serves as the General Manager at the Ministry of Culture's MoCX Innovation General Department since May 2023, focusing on fostering innovation within Saudi Arabia's cultural ecosystem. Additionally, since January 2022, Hanouf has been an advisor in Cultural Affairs and International Relations at the Ministry of Culture. With extensive experience in international relations, Hanouf has held various roles including Principal of International Relations at The Gifted Academy since November 2014, and served as an International Cultural Relations Consultant for the Ministry of Culture. Hanouf has also worked with the Royal Commission for AlUla as CEO Communications & Public Relations Advisor, and has been involved in the founding of Label Lab, a fashion and lifestyle online outlet. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Global Communications from The American University of Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in International Communications from Franklin College Switzerland.
